正现金流的问题

这里的大地主们都再三强调投资房的正现金流， 按照这个原则，贷款30年肯定此15年正现金流多。徂是如果15年，收支平衡，没有正现金流，也不培钱，难道不比30年好吗？如果就1，2个投资房，每月，2百的现金流有什么意义呢？还不如早点把房货付清。
我的想法对吗？
