Find a REO last week listed 76K (rent is around 800 - 900).
On Friday, I offered $76k cash and want to close by 11/15.
On Saturday, Bank sent a multi-offer notice that wanted highest possible offer from all bidders, and no option period. (My agent told me that this bank did this almost to evry REO property.) I do not like it.
On Sunday, I dropped offer to 73k cash with no option, and requested utility connected for us to check the property again.
Today, the bank countered $76K to our offer, with closing date of 11/23.
Now I give 73.5K and want to see what happens.
