做了Termite only。是short sale。刚才问那个termite inspect的人，

他说他看到过，应该是Stucco. 但古石记得他说的是侧墙，不是这个后墙。古石把照片寄给他了，明天他再看看照片确认一下。

当时后面全堆的是垃圾，人都走不到跟前。即使漏出，可能也是一小部分。因为现在看到的已经不是“hair"了。

刚才仔细把Termite Report看了一下，找了Termite以外的FIndings. 有这么一条：

Cracks were found at the exterior stucco. No pest related problems were found as a result of this condition. If further information is desired, the owner should contact the appropriate tradesperson.

古石可能是太注意Termite去了。

这房子后面有条小溪，担心是不是地基下陷。
