这些Crack是Stucco的问题还是Fundation的问题？ (图)

刚刚Removed Contingency，做最后的Walk Through。 由于卖方把院子的所有垃圾都清除了，发现了这些Crack。（以前堆了些床垫呀等等） 正在通过Agent询问对方。 想请教一下投坛对最方面有经验的朋友的意见。先谢谢了。 如果是Stucco的问题，倒是好办，如果是Fundation又该怎么办？ 谢谢， 古石
