3. No, all appointment need pre-scheduled. My clients (including most first time home buyers) went out 3 to 4 times before sign a contract.

Usually yes, need 24 hour notice.
5:能否一开始不签合同,让经纪先找几栋房子,看看双方的品位是否一致

No. I have all client sign agreeement to protect me. But my contract can be canced with 5 day notice.

Above question s does not help you to select a good agent.

Let me give you some suggestion.

1. ask the agent is a real estate investor. What are the performence.
2. ask how to work with clients. Do he/her provide marketing analysis.
3. If you do most work by yourself, ask he/her give rebate/credit.

Remember that you are the boss to hire an person work for you. You like to hire an very experienced agent.
