TA wise, not a good time, FA, I am not sure

If you do not have better idea, average in slowly. but better wait, it is dangerous to get into a stock that move lower against the market. Watch insiders too and short interest. Wait for the chart to get level off or wait for the price to drop back to the level insiders bought.
