The standard way is to put it in your HUD1 as broker credit.

Sometimes, a broker may not permit the agents to give out too much rebate, so thhe would have to give you in another way. But, you will have no control over this.

The problem is, how would he put it in your account? Without the broker's credit letter, the 3% agreed must all go to the broker.

Or you can let your agent write a letter with his signature to guarantee you get the rebate.
