August Rent Update, collected 95.4%, 4 opening, 1 eviction

August Rent Update, collected 95.4% rent, of the 93 units, I have 4 opening, 1 under eviction.

We put in a bid for a small 3 bedroom house, purchase price 25k, now under contract.

Also, our apartment expansion project has to delay, due to a setback problem with the city drainage board, we now back to the drawing board for a new siteplan.
