请教现在是买基金的好时候吗？想长期持有

这里牛银多，我想请教一哈。
去年在Dow 9100点左右我把家里的所有基金都赔本卖了，后来从6000多点涨到快7000点的时候我想买入，LD说危机怎么会这么快结束，更惨烈的还在后面呢，吓的我没敢动，结果现在又都涨回并超过了我的卖出价，从长期（1年以上，甚至3，5年那种长期）来看现在是不是应该买入呢？
我家LD现在shut up了，他6000多点买的FAZ和QID一直到现在,你们就想去吧。
