You must have proof to evict her

You cannot evict her because you suspect. But you can use other excuses.

Does she have a signed lease with you? If so, you have to wait until the term mature.

If no lease, just tell her to move out by mailing her a certified letter. If she does not move within five days of the date you specified in the letter, sue her in the small claim court for illegal detainer. From now on, each time you receive rent from her, write her a "conditional receipt".
