回复：请问各位高手,新房东泪水

我现在正忙着出租一处好学区房。广告打了以后， 联系和来看的人很多。从周末到今天差不多每天都有1-2 个。 可是都没有人想租。

这是什么问题呢？ 是说明房子不好， 还是价钱太高？ 可是如果价钱太高， 广告上他们来之前就看到了。

请板上各位高手指点。 再次多谢。
