2. Should consider for vacancy. 5 - 10%?

3. Who is going to mow the lawn? Or there is no grass anyway? Otherwise $50/month is just enough for that.

4. 风险你担？ That is unreasonable for you. And 你担 what风险? If a tenant trashes the house and it will cost $3,000 to fix, do you still want to 风险你担?

5. Should think in detail how 大家一起出钱 and how to share profit. It should be fair to each party, or the partnership will go sour pretty quickly.

6. How much money do you need?
