谁能谈谈self directed IRA及IRA LLC的经验？

我在考虑调动IRA的资金在中国投房地产和在英国投汇市，已经设了custodian trust，但是在美国外投资还是不方便。是否可以成立一个LLC，然后把资金投入该LLC再来运作？IRA LLC和普通LLC有什么不同呢？
