1. I will try to call trustee's company again to get the update.
2. In my county, some property will have two opening bid from bank, the trustee call them high bid and low bid. If you are a investor, your bid has to be more than high bid to win. If no one bid, the property will sell back to beneficial bank at low bid price, I am also confused on this, just try to learn more about it
