how about the comission

Do we need to pay our agent if the house we want already got their own sale agent? Who normally pay the closing cost?the seller or the buyer?So what is the buyer agent for for a house already got their own sale agent?As a buyer,can we just directly contact the house's sell agent to avoid our agent?If we need to pay our agent,how much % normally?Thanks a lot!we are new buyer!
