急问大家, 我在加拿大, 想买的房子有Utility right of ways, 能买不?万分感谢!

在查Title时,发现房子Land Title里有一条: Easement.问了一个律师,说是Utility right of ways. 所以不知这个是怎么回事? 可不可以买这个房子?
