Say, from inspection, the inspectors say the total estimate cost to repair is $8k, then, you ask the seller to lower the price by $8k, if the seller refuses, then, what is the next step, how 只要接受对方不让步的条款，这个合同就照样继续生效" if the buyer's goal is to lower the price by $8k?
