请教:找卖方代理，贴别地没人理。

代理手里有多少房子在卖是不是很重要？看到一代理，手里有45个房子在卖，是不是这样分给我的“attention"就少了？另外有的代理有四个房子在卖，又担心他经验不足。这点重要吗？专家们多说说。
