还有shortsale的猫腻。for example, I saw a house's asking price is ２０％lower than market price,上市第一天第一秒钟，就已经标明pending without release.正常情况下这怎么可能?后来懂个中奥秘的人说是屋主是卖给自己亲人。房子放listing是走过场，骗银行这冤大头罢了。
