here Short sells are below market but not by wide margin

like i said, i called numerous listed short sell houses with "huge" discount compared to its neighbors. Guess what, they all had offers on and all were not off that much, maybe 20~50K on a 600K plus houses. not worth the effort to go through the bid and approval wait process. Here in the bayarea, plenty ppl with cash on the side lines.
