with the rental reasonableness survey result?
I got one section 8 applicant in the negotiation process (she submitted the application form but not the landlord package), meanwhile i got another section 8 applicant and she submitted the landlord package and i thought she is a good candidate based on my gut so i started fill the form. Then the first applicant agreed everything i asked for and also she got good references.I just could not find a good reason to turn her down.
My question is: can i take both of their package (they have different packages and different allowances, one from city, one from county) and go forward for the reasonableness survey and take the one who give higher price.
