StateFarm Homeowner Insurance Premium Hike （NJ）

Just received a letter from my StateFarm agent, says NJ homeowner's insurance premium will increase 13.9%, starting in October of 2009. Rental property is excluded. Did anybody notice that change? If StateFarm becomes to expensive, any recommendaitons for other insurance companies?
