My renovated house II (Complete finished 图)

Finally get down of this house. I promised to keep post when I am renovating this house and let everybody to share my experience. This house was put on market with $85k one week ago. My agent told me it will be sold vary quickly with this price. I hope this will be true.

You need review my old post about this house before watch these picture and I will be appreciate your opinons about this one.

That is front view after completed update.



I also repaired the broken old drive way. One professional give me a estimate that will be cost $6000 to replace the same size drive way. That is too much for me. So I did by myself.




I got granite tile to replace old count top. The material is cost about $300. One and half day to installed it. It looks nice after update.




I bought this stove at Craigslist. It was looked ugly when I bought it but it is cheap. After clean and paint it looks vary good.
This microwave also bought at Craigslist at $50. I just need to find some small parts to make it work




This is living room. I put a cheap laminate on living room and all bed rooms. Looks not bad. The only problem is you can not leave any water on the laminate. One day I left the door open because of just paint, There was rain next day and come into the house. All laminate near the door were damaged because of water. I have to replace all of them.

How about this fire place. My agent said she like this fire place vary much.

This is hollway. I totally rebuild the attic ladder, make it looks nice.

I cut the big tree in the back and rebuild deck. The cost for cut tree is $1400. Nobody want cut the tree because it was dead a long time ago. When the tree is cut down the branch will be broken to piece by piece and fly to anywhere. The roof tile is easy to broken by these piece of branch.
