More houses you have, more tax you have to pay.
More Income you have, more tax you have to pay.
More capital gains you have, more tax you have to pay.

The highest tax rate will rise big time in coming years just like they did after 1930s.

Historical Highest Marginal Income Tax:
1930-31 25%
1932-35 63%
1936-39 79%
1940-41 81%
1942-43 88%
1944-45 94%
1954-62 91%
1971-80 70%
1982-86 50%
....
2000-now 35%

美国中产阶级什么时候最强？是从1940-1980，也就是以上税率最高的期间！

美国股市最好的时光发生在什么时候？一个是1944-1962，也就是税率最高的时候！
还有一个就是1994-2000，而克林顿正好在1993年时涨过税。

美国股市最惨的时期呢，一个是1929-1932，另一个就是上面两年了，正好与低税率的时期吻合！

历史的教训是，不但高税率对股市无害，大部分时还大大的有好处！相反，低税率的时候，经常就是华尔街胡作非为，陷广大群众于水深火热的日子！
