下星期 Mortgage Rate 还会下降？今天该不该Lock?

今天我打电话问了我的Mortgage Rate。请看：

Point Mortgage Rate
0 5.125%
0.5 4.875%
1.375 4.75%
2.0 4.5%
2.25 4.375%

因是no fee mortgage，我可以省出1.0 point的钱，想用这个钱去买points。请问该买哪一种是最好的选择？今天的利率应不应该Lock。我觉得今天的利率是我看到的最低的了，不知下星期还有没再下降的趋势？多谢！
