Compare the past value, it is cheap.
However, you don't know whether it will go even lower tomorrow or not.

With such a momentum of down stream, not a good timing to buy.
Hold your cash, only buy when the stock market is moving in up trend.
You do not have to buy in the bottom, you only need to buy when the trend is up.
Therefore, wait until you see the sure sign of up trend.
