haha, it is no surprise to me! Real thing in real world

Today corp send over quality system manager to support my branch. When talking after work, she owns 6 properies and 2 lots. Although right now is not good time to talk about what's going on with real estate ( She bought a lot 2006 for 200K and now only worth 75k), also she has tenants not able to afford rent when losing jobs. She is actually right now in eviction process for one tenant. I told her I do student rental :)
It was good to talk about some common interest. But apparently lots of local white middle age persons are practicing landlord. It is a right way to acumulate wealth, forget about short term loss.
