Thank you .Valandlord .Well .They are two months late.But every time I need to push them for rent .tired doing that.this is my only one residental rental now .the others are commercial .once you rented out commmercial . a lot easier to take care . by the way .Vanlandlord.Do you think we should do some appraisal on our propertys for reducing tax. they are even higher this year
