2. how much will it cost to bring this property to a rentable considition, I am not talking about perfect conditioin, just decent enough to rent it.
3. how much rent can it bring in? will it cash flow by itself?
4. are you betting on its appreciation protenial? when you invest in RE, the two side of the coin are income protenial and/or appreciation protenial, betting it on pure appreciation are things in the past, flipping property are so dead for next 3-5 year, if you hopping to sell the property to make you rich, then forget it.
