You are welcome. If you plan to live long term, it might be good to buy a dream house. But 3-4 years is not worth the hassle and the worry when if comes to sell.
In most cases you might get the owner's consent to paint the wall as long as you promise or pay a deposit to restore it back to neutral when moving out.
