kickboxing也是偶的最爱,你说的对,上课要看老师,有了老师身材好,训练强度也挺大,感觉就好。有的不行。不过我到现在练了5了礼拜,体重也只降了5磅。:(
原来你的跑步能坚持这么久,有40到50分钟,厉害。我一般到了20多分钟就是在坚持不下去了,平足且呼吸跟不上了。看来我得练练其他的有氧运动,比如spinning.谢谢你的经验分享。
