12 in Europe, so Japan and Madrid have no chance. I've been to SLC and Atlanta. USA want to spend as little as they can and earn as much as possible. Plus Atlanta entering selection by private groups and Obama government didn't promise the financial support. So Chicago really doesn't have any chance.
