湖人的initial offer超不过4yr MLE (5.6m)，有人说他们没有给出offer，而是把球踢给David Lee/Ariza，让他们带来其他球队的offer，然后想法match (the Lakers didn't believe they can get a lot more)。
不成想姚明也许打不了了，突然Arest becomes available。Plan B becomes plan A.
不管怎样，Ariza做出了巨大贡献。本来想他可以是Kobe退休后，年轻一代的Core player。
