absolutely! Yao needs babysitting, and TMac needs

pampering. Yao, as much as he can throw out some one-liner smart a** joke, he can't read the game well, and he can't figure out what exactly to work on. Yao, from his background, he also responds to tough love and strict orders a lot better than Adelman's freewheeling style.

TMac on the other hand, he needs protection and praise, especially in the public, while he enjoys the freedom during games.

Adelman is not the right coach for those 2 flawed "superstars". With Scola, Landry, and Artest? JVG can lead the team to go places. Sigh...
