回国食记----- 1 ，张家港

这些都是参加客户的新厂房落成典礼。客人里除了我和一台湾人，韩国人外都是鬼子。可笑的是这些菜基本鬼子都不怎么吃的。那一盘草头烧河豚，河豚肝全被我自己吃了。厨师是老板请的家厨及外请的几个厨师。很多照片因为有人像就无法贴了。
