香蕉 Muffins

材料:

3 或 4 只熟香蕉 (压烂）
1/2 cup 红糖
1 只蛋 （稍微打散）
1/3 cup 室温butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp 盐
1 1/2 cup 面粉
喜欢核桃的话，可以加入半杯的核桃碎。

把所有的材料混合，搅拌均匀就好了，不要搅拌过了头。把面糊倒入放了纸杯的muffin tray。



预热烤箱至350F,烤20分钟。



烤好了，好香喔。。
