如果你和好的面想放的时候长点,可以和好面后涂少许一点点油,盖保鲜膜放冰箱18~24小时后做也是可以的,不用放泡打粉.
包子放yeast外也不放泡打粉也行,但醒的时间要长,新手最好还是放
