For a employee with 96k Base annual Salary,
The real cost for the company is (Plus 20% benefit):
$96k * 1.20 = $115.2k

Cover to hourly rate:
$115.2k / (50 week * 40 hour) = $57.6 / hour

You should be happy if you can ask them pay you $60/hour.
