Some company need Database Analyst to know Access.
Yes, if you know Access 2007 well, you will be able to fill in the position in that company.
Some company need skills more than Access, like SQL.
SQL on SQL Server, SQL on Oracle, SQL on MySQL.

Some company need skills like some reporting tool, some programming tool...

As long as company use computer, they will need skills of analysing data. Some data is simple, some data is complex.
They lokking for skilled people, you looking for job.
As long as you both matches, you get the job.
