怎么file a complaint with HR 保护自己？

以前刚毕业第一个工作，老板没经验不知道干什么项目或管人，同组墨女把我的项目抢去，干坏了，赖我他也听。HR 在mediation时说我challeng my manager's authority. 我莫名其妙的出局。后来他们从外面招来替我的白女，三个月内就filed a complaint against the manager， 可能老板已有我这个前科，给大老板赶走。

这样的老板和墨女那样的同事常遇到，HR是保护管理层的工具。

除了另找工作，我在想怎么file a complaint with HR 保护自己？
