"结果有个女同事X(对我已经有看法的），比我工作时间长，也申请了这个项目，但没得到。 有一天突然叫住我，问我management team 是按照什么条件来决定谁做这个项目（态度就像审讯）。我告诉她：criteria 都在会议的handout上，如果她有疑问，应该问management team 。"

"现在我该怎么办? 我想写个电子邮件给supervisor 说明X的行为只是unprofessional, 我不觉得是 harrassment. 但是又怕得罪她. 都想辞职了,可是现在这个经济形势... 想请大家帮我出出主意. 是不是还有更好的办法? 先谢谢了"
