Sooooo true

One lesson I learned and hope it can help others here, is to communicate every little obstacle that one encounters in doing project. Do not miss anything and show how one resolved it no matter how tedious it is. remember crying babies get milk. also, make simple things very very complicated. Do not simplify anything, because most senior managers have no clue about details.the higher you go, more true it is.
