The hiring manger who get the resume may call immediately,
Or, he/she will ask HR to call you first, HR may call immediately, OR, HR has too many other things, or more important things to do, do your resume has to wait on the queue.
HR guy may take vacation, HR guy may go to China to join the 60 years birth day celebration, so you may have to wait till HR guy comes back....
Just wait, it gives you more days to prepare the interview.
Be sure you know how to answer all the behavior questions, like:

-- How soon can you start?
-- How much salary you want?
-- How much do you know our company?
-- Why should we hire you?
-- What is your strongest point;
-- What is your great weakness?
Be sure you know who is calling you and what is his title...
