我亲身体验过~~ 千万不能接受counter offer ......

我以前有过这样的经历，和老板辞职，老板提出加工资50%比我要跳得还高，我就留下了，结果是老板在我留下期间下次发工资前找人顶替我的工作，并在发工资时没有兑现他的承诺，我气得辞了职，两个工作都没了。 yijibang说的对，老板只是权益之计，留下来，你早晚要被踢走！
