求建议

LG公司3月或6月会根据研究的结果，决定是否要裁人。裁个200-400，占1/3或一半吧。

他现在找了个工作，但是要搬家。公司是大公司，可惜工资没涨，而且新地方消费贵，医疗保险，房子，什么都贵。还有，现在的房子要卖，我5月生老二，恐怕要一个人带着老大坚持几个月。

换吧，觉得折腾了半天，还要倒贴钱，心里别扭。
不去吧，又怕工作没了，到时候更难找。而且，恐怕还是要搬家。

真是犯愁。大家能给个建议吗？谢了。
