Similar thought as mine. But, I don’t know if I favor this option because I am protecting myself. Since we met in the graduate school in the US, I have been always the one follows him. He is never a group player, instead, he always plays solo. I have no choice but being a follower as I was young and was deeply in love with him. This is the first time that I try to make him follow me. I am very confused and don’t know for sure if this will be a right choice. I don’t want to jeopardize his career due to my own "selfishness". What if he cannot get the position at my school? Or he only gets assistant prof. position?
