Currently,there is a school district is investing eligibility, kids will be demaged emotionally if they have to be forced out.

In order to max out the allowance from state,if there is any spaces, some school districts allow kids to be admitted, even if they are not living in schooldistricts' boundary.

people need to apply.If they are admitted, it is known to school and teachers, parents and children won't need to worry all the time.
