Even if you can write off depreciation,it is not a done deal.

My tax return is done by a big accountant group.The accountant told me that by the time you sell your rental property, it shows that the property is appreciated instead of depreciated. All your write-offs over the years will be taxed as income! It is just a matter of when you will be taxed.
