I think your case is really lucky and heard for ppl who locked the rate in Jan most of them already closed because at that time, still not that rush. For ppl who locked the rate in Feb,the entire process start to delay more. Then some of them are still lucky that have been closed but some of them like me are not lucky-not be able to close.

Yeah, I do wants to find out why or what is causing this delay. But my broker said she use all her way to ask but didn't get any reply. She said she even couldn't find out who is the underwriter for my case and even the main contact person from the CITI Morgage has no idea what is the ETA for my case and what kind of follow up needed for closing my case. very headache.
Then I heard from my other friends that's due to their short of funding these days.
