回复：各位老大，问个ESPP报税的问题。

这$700是你买入ESPP当天市价和你的买入价的差价，将作入收入进入W-2。以后卖出ESPP时，卖出价和你买入ESPP时的市价差作为gain/loss报税。所以这$700作为incoming进入W2报税。
